On page 614, the data listed in the following sentences were incorrect: “The mean Physical Component Summary improved by 13.1 points and 11.4 points, for the activL and ProDisc-L patients, respectively (*P* ‼ .0001). Moreover, the mean Mental Component Summary also significantly improved compared with baseline (*P* ‼ .0001) (activL, 17.2 points; ProDisc-L, 18.3 points).” The sentence should have appeared as follows: “The mean Physical Component Summary improved by 17.2 points and 18.3 points, for the activL and ProDisc-L patients, respectively (*P* ‼ .0001).
